TOOLING DESIGN ENGINEER - EINDHOVEN - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Tooling Design Engineer for an initial 6 months contract with our client in the south of the Netherlands

Description:

Previous ASML exp is a must. Tooling design exp is a plus.

Educational Background:**Bachelors degree / Master's degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics
Experience: +8-12 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in the development of complex tooling and handling systems, lift, cranes, etc.
Technical proficiency:
· Strong skills in CAD software (Siemens NX and TC), finite element analysis knowledge (FEA/FEM), hand calculation of loads and forces (stress calculations, bending and buckling, shear stress, Factor of Safety, etc)
· Knowledge of materials: mechanical and chemical properties
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes
· Knowledge of tolerance analysis and GD&T
· Estimate, plan and control the planning.
· able to lead technical meetings and engage with stakeholders to solve technical issues.
· Leading design reviews of team members

· ASML WoW-TPD's, SEG documents (TPS, EDs & TAR)
· Soft skills:

o Problem - solving abilities.
o Take initiative, proactiveness
o Presentation Skills

• Work location Veldhoven + Eindhoven.
