Looking for a Senior Specialist in Commerce Acceleration to support a leading global brand in the sports / retail / digital commerce space.

This role sits at the intersection of digital commerce, operations, and commercial enablement, helping scale innovative business models and optimise go-to-market processes across EMEA.

What you'll be doing:

Driving process design and optimisation for digital commerce initiatives
Supporting vendor onboarding and third-party partnerships (3PP)
Building end-to-end workflows to enable scalable growth
Managing cross-functional collaboration across marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations
Bringing clarity, structure, and accountability across complex international programmes

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in digital commerce, operations, or programme delivery
Proven project management across multiple stakeholders
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong communicator with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
Experience building or improving processes at scale
