We're looking for a Tech Project / Program Manager to lead and deliver IT initiatives across Operations & Finance, HR, and Corporate domains. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to manage demand, drive governance, and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions across multiple teams and vendors.
Mandatory:
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional IT projects
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, project delivery, and service management
- Experience working across HR, Finance, Operations, and Corporate application environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects and programs from business case definition through delivery and transition to operations
- Manage business demand and align initiatives with strategic priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Drive governance, compliance, security, and communication across programs
- Oversee change management activities including training, user support, and adoption
- Monitor service delivery performance and manage SLAs
- Support continuous improvement and business continuity initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project or Program Management
- Strong understanding of project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or Kanban
- Experience with ERP, Payroll, Business Workflows, Integration, or related enterprise systems
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise IT projects in HR, Finance, Operations, or Corporate environments
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus
