Senior Financial Analyst | Retail

I'm currently hiring a Senior Financial Analyst within the Retail space - a high-impact role partnering directly with senior stakeholders and driving business-critical decisions.

This position sits at the heart of financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic insight, offering strong visibility across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

Leading month-end close and delivering clear performance storytelling
Turning financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership
Owning forecasting and budgeting cycles end-to-end
Driving variance analysis, identifying risks & opportunities
Acting as a trusted business partner across functions
Delivering deep-dive analysis on key strategic topics
Contributing to automation and process improvements

What we're looking for:

5+ years in FP&A / Financial Analysis
Strong experience in Retail / FMCG or fast-paced environments
Advanced Excel + experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
Someone who thrives in ambiguity and drives things forward
