Senior Assortment Planner

This role sits within a best‑in‑class planning function, where collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and commercial impact are at the heart of everything. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping seasonal assortments and driving strategic outcomes across the EMEA marketplace.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of seasonal assortment and sales plans across franchises, categories, sports, and marketplaces
• Own rolling forecasts covering sales value/units, receipts, inventory, and OTB
• Analyze performance against plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actionable insights
• Partner closely with Merchandising, Finance, and Business Planning to optimize sell‑in, inventory health, and marketplace performance
• Communicate clear, compelling, data‑led stories to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in assortment, retail, or merchandise planning within a consumer‑driven environment
• Strong understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning
• Confidence working with forecasting, analytics, and large data sets
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions
• A proactive, independent mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
