IT Supply Chain Business Analyst - Utrecht - 7 months

Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst with a passion for supply chain transformation and large-scale ERP deployments? We are looking for an IT Supply Chain Business Analyst to support the validation, deployment, and adoption of a global SAP S/4HANA solution across demand planning, supply planning, production planning, detailed scheduling, and related planning capabilities.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, key users, IT teams, deployment leads, and implementation partners. You will translate business requirements into actionable solutions, support fit-to-template adoption, coordinate testing and cutover activities, and ensure a successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for SAP S/4HANA and OMP planning deployments.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Assess change impacts and support business readiness activities.
• Coordinate and execute SIT, support UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
• Drive cutover planning, execution, and hypercare support.
• Perform and coordinate data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off activities.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through deployment and BAU handover.
• Act as the IT Plan SPOC for a designated business group and collaborate with global domain leads to ensure aligned deployment approaches.

What We're Looking For

• Strong IT Business Analysis background within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience owning workstreams or project scopes in large transformation programs.
• Proven involvement in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience with data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and compare data across systems.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable.
• Supply chain planning experience (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Scheduling, OMP) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
