Informatica PowerCenter Consultant- 12 Months

We are looking for an experienced Informatica PowerCenter Engineer /Consultant to join an exciting project. In this role, you will work with modern data platforms and contribute to delivering high‑quality, reliable information solutions that support business decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Work within a cloud‑native data / lakehouse architecture
• Perform information analysis and translate business requirements into use cases and business rules
• Design and implement monitoring and reporting solutions
• Actively collaborate within an Agile team and contribute to quality assurance

Requirements

• DAMA DMBOK (Foundation level knowledge or experience)
• SQL: Minimum 1 year of experience writing complex SQL queries
• Confluence & Jira: Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience
• Informatica PowerCenter: Minimum 3 years of experience
• Cloud‑native / Data Lakehouse concepts: Minimum 3 years of experience
• ETL processes: 3+ years of experience
• IBM Cognos (version 12):
• Information analysis:
• 3+ years of experience writing use cases
• Defining business rules
• Quality & Testing:
• At least one team member holds a TMAP (Quality for Cross‑Functional Teams - Foundation) or ISTQB Foundation certification
• Agile working:
• Language skills: Proficient in Dutch, minimum B2 level, both written and spoken

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with dbt
• Experience with Oracle 11/12 databases, Parquet files, Apache Iceberg, Trino / Starburst, and Apache Polaris (data catalog)
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (financial modules) or general experience with fin
• Experience with SAP Analytics, including SAC Planning

Contract details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Hybrid - Utrecht
• Duration: 12+ months (plus potential extensions)
