We're looking for a hands-on Data CRM analyst & Acquisition Consultant to drive customer growth for a B2B trade platform. This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys building, executing, and optimizing campaigns themselves, rather than managing them through agencies alone.
What you'll do:
- Execute CRM campaigns across onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty programs.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Build customer journeys, audience segments, and communication plans from the ground up.
- Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve results.
- Focus on revenue growth and customer value, not vanity metrics.
What we're looking for:
- 4 years proven experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on execution skills, with experience setting up and running campaigns yourself.
- Ability to build CRM foundations, processes, and customer journeys from scratch.
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical capabilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
- Comfortable working independently and driving projects from strategy through execution.
