Data Analyst - (Automation & Reporting)
We're working with a top global retail brand looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to support reporting, automation, and decision-making across a key operations function.
This is a high-impact role where you'll streamline reporting, build scalable tools, and turn data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
- Optimising and automating weekly reporting (POS, RSV trends, bookings)
- Reducing manual processes through smart automation (Airtable workflows, notifications, task tracking)
- Building executive-level dashboards (Tableau or similar tools)
- Creating a single source of truth for meetings, actions, and decisions (Airtable-based operating model)
- Translating business requirements into data models, workflows, and dashboards
- Packaging insights into clear, decision-driving outputs
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with data transformation & integration (SQL, Databricks or similar)
- Proven track record in building dashboards and reporting solutions
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Airtable is a big plus)
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, low-maintenance solutions
- Comfortable working with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
