Business Analyst Digital Transformation Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in business process analysis and optimisation
- Proven background in digital transformation and digitalisation programmes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, TOGAF, Scrum or similar
- Experience in creating business cases, KPIs, and impact analyses
- Familiarity with regulated industries (ideally energy/utilities)
- Certifications such as BABOK, IREB or similar are highly desirable
- Ability to manage projects independently (planning, resources, timelines)
