During the first stages of the recruitment process it can be difficult to determine which candidate to invite to interview. In order to assist you in this process, we developed an in-house video interviewing software called Showcaser. This virtual recruitment service can assist you to make a more informed decision. 

Every candidate CV you receive can include a Showcaser embedded video. This serves as a virtual introduction and an opportunity for your tailored questions to be answered - prior to a phone or face-to-face introduction.

How does it work?

During the job specification phase of the recruitment process, your can provide questions to your recruitment consultant that you would like to ask prospective candidates for the role. Your questions will form the basis for a question set within Showcaser. This question set will be sent out via a video interview invitation to all candidates who have been fully qualified through our 18 Step Candidate Accreditation Process.

Candidates will have a set time frame to complete the interview remotely, using their own recording device (compatible with tablets, phones and computers). Once completed, the video will be embedded automatically into their current CV and all completed digital profiles will be sent to you directly.

With these digital profiles, you can assess candidates’ communication and presentation skills, in addition to reviewing their CV. This way, you can virtually meet them before your first interview.
