Senior POS engineer - 3 months - Amsterdam area
For a 3 months role with a big market leading key retail client in the Amsterdam area, Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a POS Engineer to join their Omni-channel department.
The skillset we are looking for:
- Min 7 years of experience with POS systems (ideally GK OmniPOS).
- Self-driving person, which can convert business requirements into solutions.
- Management/Communication with POS vendor required
- Strong analytic skills to analyse production/hypercare issues and to convert into sustainable solution.
- Able to explain technical issues to business stakeholders/management
- Similar with running a POS system for a multinational/multibrand Retailer (change/release management)
- High interest in monitoring systems and automation of monitoring to guarantee stable systems
- SQL skills required
- Strong business process knowledge for processes happening in POS system
- Retail experience is a big plus.
- Strong communication & written skills.
The details of this business consultant contract include:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Amsterdam area
- Duration: 3 months, likely to be extended.
- Language: English
