We are looking for an experienced SAP Wave Deployment Lead to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation within a leading FMCG organization. You will be responsible for managing deployment waves across multiple markets, ensuring successful rollouts, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end SAP S/4HANA deployment and rollout activities.
- Drive market activation, deployment readiness, and go live success.
- Coordinate business, IT, and local market teams across multiple regions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Engage senior stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the transformation.
- Support testing, cutover, Hypercare, and post go live activities.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA deployments within FMCG environments.
- Proven track record delivering global or multi country SAP rollouts.
- Excellent stakeholder and programme management skills.
- Experience working in complex, fast paced transformation programmes.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
