SAP S/4HANA Finance - 6 months - Hybrid - Netherlands

We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to support a major finance transformation within the fashion and retail sector. You will drive end-to-end SAP finance solutions, bridging business and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact outcomes across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementations from design to deployment.
• Translate retail business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive financial process optimisation (closing, reporting, margin analysis, inventory valuation).
• Facilitate design workshops and guide solution architecture.
• Ensure compliance (SOX, audit readiness) and governance.
• Manage integration with MM, SD, PP, and EWM.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and support presales initiatives.

Must-Have

• Extensive SAP FICO experience (GL, AP, AR, CO-PA, AA).
• Strong S/4HANA Finance expertise (min. 2 end-to-end implementations).
• Experience in retail/fashion or consumer-driven industries.
• Strong integration experience with MM, SD, PP.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, closing, and compliance (SOX).
• Excellent stakeholder management in global environments.
• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have

• SAP Fiori / analytics experience
• Exposure to global transformation programs
• SAP certifications (FI/CO)
• Basic ABAP/debugging knowledge
