SAP Application Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SAP Application Manager, Functional Application Manager, SAP Consultant, or similar role
- Strong experience with SAP FICO
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and/or LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
- Experience working within pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or other regulated industries
- Knowledge of GxP regulations and validated systems
- Experience with application lifecycle management, incident management, and change management
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and business users
- Dutch language skills are highly preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise SAP applications within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Provide functional application support for SAP FICO, MES, and LIMS platforms
- Analyse and resolve incidents, service requests, and system-related issues
- Support key users and stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT
- Coordinate application changes with external partners and internal technical teams
- Manage testing, documentation, validation, and implementation activities
- Support system releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and validation requirements
- Drive process improvements and enhance overall application performance
