Procurement Analyst Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as a Procurement Analyst or in Procurement / Performance-related roles
- Strong experience of procurement processes, standardisation, and continuous improvement
- Proven experience with data analysis, KPI development, and performance monitoring
- Experience managing and analysing databases to support strategic decision-making
- Knowledge of supplier management and performance monitoring
- Experience ensuring governance, compliance, and audit readiness
- Strong experience working with procurement systems such as SAP (MM preferred), Ariba, or Coupa
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and PO lifecycle
- Experience acting as a key-user for systems, including user support and training
- Understanding of sustainability practices within Procurement is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to quality and governance
- Proactive, structured, and strong stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
