Medior Supply Chain Specialist - Sports Offense - EMEA

We are looking for a Medior Supply Chain Specialist for Sports Offense to drive operational excellence and execution across key Sports growth initiatives in EMEA for a global sports & apparel brand.

You'll work in a highly cross-functional environment, you will partner with Sports, Marketplace Supply Chain, Merchandising, Demand & Supply Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Planning teams to deliver aligned, end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own operational performance and support strategic Sports priorities across EMEA.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Supply Chain, Sports, Merchandising, and Commercial teams.
• Lead execution of product launches, seasonal initiatives, and operational improvement plans.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs across Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability.
• Partner with Logistics, Planning, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
• Provide visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities while driving action and accountability.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Operations within a complex, matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of Demand & Supply Management, Inventory Management, Planning, and Logistics.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives and translating them into operational execution.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Curious, adaptable, and passionate about driving continuous improvement.

Preferred

• Experience in retail, consumer goods, sportswear, apparel, or e-commerce environments.
• Exposure to product launches and seasonal business planning.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6+ months with extensions
• Location: 3 days a week onsite in Hilversum
• Contract Type: 40 hours per week
