General Requirements

* Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.
* Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, and modern analytics toolsets.
* Experience developing, training, validating, and deploying machine learning models.
* Understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques including regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, and predictive modelling.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* Understanding of machine learning concepts, ETL processes, and data modelling.
* Exposure to Data Science methodologies and analytics techniques.
* Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts.
* Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Desire to learn and develop within AI, Data Science, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

* Support the development of data-driven solutions using traditional Data Science and Generative AI techniques.
* Assist with rapid prototyping initiatives and proof-of-concepts.

Data Scientist

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
* Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL.
* Experience delivering end-to-end machine learning projects.
* Understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI technologies.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices.
* Experience with rapid prototyping and delivering business-focused AI solutions.

Responsibilities

* Deliver machine learning solutions from exploration and modelling through deployment.
* Apply AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI techniques to solve business challenges.

Requirements

* 7+ years of Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI experience.
* Strong experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Fine-Tuning.
* Experience with DevSecOps tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Bicep.
* Strong understanding of cloud-based AI platforms and large-scale data processing.
* Proven track record building models that drive measurable business outcomes.
* Experience mentoring junior Data Scientists.
