Data & AI Specialist

We are looking for a Data & AI Specialist to support a major business transformation program. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for data, automation, and AI-driven innovation. You will help design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Data & AI solutions.
• Identify, design, and implement AI, analytics, and automation opportunities to optimize business processes and increase productivity.
• Develop and support workflow automation solutions using modern automation platforms and AI technologies.
• Ensure data quality, model performance, governance, and compliance with responsible AI principles and standards.
• Contribute to the development of the organization's Data & AI foundation, including best practices, documentation, templates, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in Data, AI, Advanced Analytics, or related technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in agile environments.
