SAP OTC Business Analyst

A leading global FMCG organization is seeking an experienced Bilingual SAP OTC Business Analyst to join its Japan team on an urgent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on SAP professional who can work independently with business stakeholders, bridge local and regional teams, and drive continuous improvement within a complex SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Japanese-speaking business users and the regional SAP AMS (Application Management Services) team.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Support and troubleshoot SAP OTC processes, ensuring effective communication between business and IT teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing SAP ECC 6.0 processes and system design.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver business solutions and process improvements.
• Provide functional guidance and support to end users across Japan operations.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as an SAP Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Process Analyst.
• Deep understanding of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes.
• Experience working with SAP ECC 6.0 environments.
• Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and operate independently.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Arrangement

• Based in Japan, with the ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
• Primary location: Tokyo Headquarters.
• Occasional travel to the Takasaki manufacturing site may be required.
