Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Unified Communications Specialist to join a global client in the manufacturing industry. This role will focus on designing standardised telephony solutions, supporting global deployment strategies, and translating technical capabilities into clear business value.

Requirements for Unified Communications Specialist role:

• Experience designing deployment blueprints with simple to medium complexity
  * Ability to create and structure technology surveys to assess current telephony usage across sites
  * Strong understanding of blueprint matching and identifying relevant standard solutions
  * Experience building business case templates for technology adoption (benefits, costs, value)
  * Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language
  * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and integrations
  * Knowledge of global standardisation strategies across multiple regions
  * Experience with TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) calculations
  * Experience working across international environments (e.g. Brazil, India)
  * Experience with network providers such as Orange is a plus
