Role Title: Test Manager - SAP S/4HANA Global Rollout

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to support a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA global rollout program. This role will lead and coordinate end‑to‑end testing activities across regions, ensuring high‑quality delivery aligned to global standards.
This position requires close collaboration with both global and local stakeholders. Strong Japanese language capability (near‑native level) is essential to effectively engage with business users and senior stakeholders in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
The Test Manager will own the overall testing strategy and execution, including planning and managing all phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing. You will be responsible for driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring defects are resolved efficiently.
The role requires working closely with cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and system integrators, acting as the key point of coordination between global and local teams. You will also oversee test governance, reporting, and quality metrics.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on SAP programs, ideally S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts
- Strong understanding of SAP processes and integrated system landscapes
- Near‑native Japanese language skills (essential)
- Experience working in global, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
