SRM / RGM Product Manager

Senior Data & Analytics Product Manager (SRM) | Contract

6 months initial contract (Project expected to extend)

Remote (Open to candidates based in Europe, the UK or North America)

Working Hrs: Mainly based on the candidates timezone but will need to accomodate shifts within US time zones occasionally

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the SRM product vision, roadmap and delivery.
• Translate business challenges into scalable data and analytics solutions.
• Build and prioritise product backlogs and release plans.
• Partner with stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists and vendors to deliver products.
• Drive adoption and measure business value of analytics capabilities.
• Shape the long-term strategy for SRM analytics across the North American market.

Required Experience

• Strong background in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or Strategic Revenue Management (SRM).
• Experience delivering analytics or data products within FMCG/CPG, retail, healthcare or similar sectors.
• Expertise in pricing, promotion optimisation, price-pack architecture and commercial analytics.
• Knowledge of causal inference, statistical modelling, machine learning and experimentation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within agile product environments.
