Freelance Solution Architect - SAP Finance (S/4HANA) | Pharma | Poland / Remote
Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a global pharmaceutical client in strengthening their SAP Finance architecture landscape. We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect SAP Finance to drive the design and governance of finance and treasury solutions across a complex, global S/4HANA environment.
This is a high-impact role focused on shaping future-ready SAP Finance architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, and leading end-to-end solution design across finance and treasury domains.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 10-15+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) with a strong focus on S/4HANA
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Lead SAP Finance Architect
- Deep functional expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling
- Solid experience in Treasury processes (e.g. Cash Management, Liquidity, TRM)
- Strong track record in S/4HANA implementations, transformations, or migrations
- Experience defining architecture roadmaps, blueprints, and target state designs
- Strong understanding of integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, external systems)
- Experience with IT compliance, regulatory requirements, and e-invoicing frameworks
- Ability to act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders
- Proven stakeholder management across senior business and IT leadership
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Experience with global template design and multi-country rollouts

- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Poland preferred / remote within Europe
- Workload: Full-time
- Duration: Initial contract until end of the year. (long-term extension likely)
