You'll work at the intersection of digital supply chain, analytics and operations, helping shape the future of a fast‑growing digital marketplace. The focus of this role is deep analytical problem‑solving - understanding inventory dynamics, cancellations and fulfilment logic - and translating data into tangible operational and financial impact.

What you'll be working on

Driving digital supply chain performance across speed, reliability and consumer satisfaction using descriptive and predictive analytics
Leading KPI deep dives, root‑cause analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Building data‑backed business cases, modelling scenarios and supporting trade‑off and prioritisation decisions
Analysing how order rejections, cancellations and fulfilment logic impact inventory flow and consumer experience
Creating clear, compelling data visualisations and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders
Leading and contributing to cross‑functional projects across supply chain, digital operations, planning, logistics and technology
Acting as a digital supply chain subject‑matter expert in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment

What we're looking for

Strong experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or digital operations within a complex organisation
Proven strength in data analytics, KPI management and root‑cause analysis
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau and/or SQL highly valued
Ability to translate large, complex datasets into clear business insights
Experience building business cases and analytical models to support decision‑making
Confident communicator who can influence and challenge senior stakeholders
ERP experience (SAP a plus)
Comfortable operating in a matrix, cross‑functional environment
