Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Platform & Automation Engineer to support a global Storage & Collaboration team within an international life sciences organisation.
The consultant will join a team responsible for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms used across both regulated and non-regulated environments. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Security and Business stakeholders, you will help drive automation, governance and platform optimisation initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.
This role requires strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform and Power Automate, combined with a strong automation mindset and the ability to work across technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain automation solutions across Microsoft 365 and connected enterprise platforms.
  • Build and optimize workflows using Power Platform and Power Automate.
  • Automate provisioning, governance and lifecycle management processes across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Develop integrations between collaboration platforms and wider business applications.
  • Support enterprise-wide governance, compliance and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Identify automation opportunities that improve business efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to platform architecture, standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, automation and integration challenges.
  • Support continuous improvements across collaboration and productivity services.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
  • Proven experience with Power Platform and Power Automate.
  • Strong background in automation, scripting and process optimisation.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale collaboration environments.
  • Experience building integrations across Microsoft and third-party platforms.
  • Strong understanding of governance and operational best practices within Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience within Pharma, Life Sciences or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of GxP environments, validation processes or compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms within global organisations.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 architecture, roadmap planning or platform governance initiatives.
  • Experience working with external consultants and distributed international teams.
  • Knowledge of content management or document collaboration solutions.

Working Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in the Copenhagen area.
  • Hybrid working model with approximately three days per week onsite.
  • Comfortable working in an international and highly collaborative environment.
  • Able to engage with senior business stakeholders as well as technical teams.

  • Start Date: Earliest September 2026
  • Contract Length: Initial contract until 31 December 2026 with extension possibilities
  • Workload: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Language: Fluent English required
