Senior Instructional Designer- AI - Remote

We're looking for a creative and curious Learning Experience Designer with demonstrable experience integrating AI into learning solutions and learning operations to join an exciting project at a prominent and global FMCG brand. You'll partner with stakeholders to identify performance needs and design engaging, learner-centred solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Design Thinking to solve learning and performance challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and develop engaging learning content using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Synthesia, and AI-powered tools.
• Build strong relationships with SMEs and business leaders to co-create learning solutions.
• Leverage AI to enhance content creation, personalization, and learner engagement.
• Continuously explore new learning technologies, trends, and best practices.

Important Requirements

• Demonstrable experience integrating AI into learning solutions and learning operations, with examples of measurable business impact.
• Good experience applying generative AI and AI-powered learning technologies within instructional design, learning experience design, talent development, or related environments.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
• Experience using Synthesia or similar AI video generation platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance learning design, content creation, and productivity.

• Strong understanding of Design Thinking and learner-centred design principles.
• Drive innovation through AI-enabled learning solutions, automation, personalization, and scalable content development.Understanding of adult learning principles and evidence-based learning practices.

Contract details for the role

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Unti EOY with an option to extend.
• Remote in Europe
• Agreement: 40 hours per week. Independent contractor/Freelance
