Senior Change Manager - UK

I am currently looking for a Senior Change Manager for an S4 HANA Greenfield implementation.

This is a long term assignment for one of the biggest brands in the world as they scale up their huge S/4Hana global template roll out.

The initial engagement will be one year however, we will need your expertise through all of the global roll outs.

Requirements for Senior Change Manager:

• Good change management skills to help me transit a recently implemented SAP solution from a project team to business functional teams
• To organise a key users network,
• To develop training approach to cover the knowledge gaps and organise / facilitate the training;
• To define and arrange knowledge database using the documentation created by the project;
• Other change management activities

• Duration - 6 months + option to extend
• Location - Poland (Hybrid working - 20% travel might be required)
