Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP technical transformation programmes, including S/4HANA upgrades and migration projects.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate technical activities across infrastructure, SAP Basis, security, integrations, development, testing, and data migration teams.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Ensure effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, SAP representatives, and third-party implementation partners.
- Drive alignment between technical delivery requirements and broader business objectives.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience in SAP Technical Project Management roles.
- Strong SAP expertise, including SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven track record delivering SAP upgrades, migrations, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Technical background combined with significant project management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities across both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working within complex, multinational organisations.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery oversight.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to bridge technical and business requirements to achieve successful outcomes.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
