SAP SD Consultant - Krakow - Hybrid

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle 2nd/3rd line SAP SD support (ECC / S/4),
• Resolve incidents and service requests,
• Support and improve SAP processes,
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions,
• Deliver enhancements and change requests,
• Work with ABAP developers on custom solutions,
• Train and support key users,
• Collaborate with global SAP teams.

Your Profile:

• Strong experience in SAP SD,
• Background in support or consulting roles,
• Experience with SAP ECC (S/4 is a plus),
• Knowledge of ITIL / incident management,
• Able to manage priorities and stakeholders,
• Strong communication skills,
• Fluent in English.
