SAP Retail Consultant - Warsaw

Our client, a global fashion and retail organisation, is looking for an experienced SAP Retail Consultant to support ongoing SAP transformation and business-critical retail operations.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP Retail solutions.
• Configure and support SAP Retail and SAP MM processes.
• Support inventory management, procurement, pricing, and logistics processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.
• Support integrations with POS, e-commerce, and logistics platforms.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and post-go-live support.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP Retail and SAP MM experience,
• Strong understanding of retail and supply chain processes,
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation programmes,
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration concepts,
• Experience with POS, OMS, e-commerce, or 3PL integrations,
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
• SAP CAR experience,
• SAP Retail or MM certification,
• Experience within fashion, apparel, or retail environments.
