About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Consultant / Solution Lead to join a large-scale global transformation program. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders, driving end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) solutions across a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP R2R solution design and implementation activities
• Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Provide expertise across Record-to-Report processes, including General Ledger, Financial Closing, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
• Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives
• Support project delivery, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and project teams

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP Finance with a focus on Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Experience in SAP solution design, lead consultant, or solution architect-type responsibilities
• Understanding of end-to-end finance business processes
• Experience working in global or multinational project environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Japanese language skills (mandatory)
• Business-level English preferred
