About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Consultant / Solution Lead to join a large-scale global transformation project. This role will focus on designing and optimizing Procure-to-Pay processes while working closely with business stakeholders and international project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP P2P solution design and implementation activities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
• Support procurement, purchasing, supplier management, invoice processing, and payment processes
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live activities

Requirements

• Strong SAP P2P/MM experience
• Experience in solution design, lead consultant, or architect-level responsibilities
• Knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
• Experience working in global or multinational projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Japanese (mandatory)
• Business-level English preferred
