SAP OTC Lead (Japanese Speaking)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Lead Consultant with strong SAP SD expertise to support a critical project in Tokyo. The role will focus on ensuring successful delivery leading up to a planned go-live at the end of September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream in an SAP environment
• Provide strong SAP SD functional expertise, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Support project execution through testing, issue resolution, and go-live preparation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth business process alignment
• Assist with system enhancements and ensure proper documentation
• Contribute to process analysis and optimization, including use of Signavio (if applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior SAP SD / OTC Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash processes
• Fluent Japanese language skills (mandatory)
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects
• Ability to support go-live and hypercare phases

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Signavio (process modeling / BPM)
• Previous experience in lead or senior-level roles
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Project Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 4 months (until mid October, 2026)
• Location: Tokyo (mostly remote with occasional onsite work)
• Language: Japanese required (English not mandatory)
