SAP O2C Lead

Client Introduction:

Our client is a global organisation optimising its SAP landscape to enable scalable and efficient business operations. You will join a collaborative environment focused on improving Order‑to‑Cash processes across international teams.

Role Introduction:

As an SAP O2C Lead, you will oversee and optimise end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes within SAP. You will lead SAP SD initiatives, ensuring efficient process design, seamless integration, and continuous improvement across the O2C lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP O2C processes including order management, pricing, billing, and invoicing.
• Design and optimise SAP SD solutions aligned with business and process requirements.
• Manage integration between SAP O2C, finance (FI), logistics, and external systems.
• Drive process standardisation and improvements across global Order‑to‑Cash operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Provide leadership, governance, and support for SAP O2C enhancements and incidents.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an SAP O2C Lead or SAP SD Consultant in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash processes (order management, pricing, billing, AR).
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP SD configuration and integration with FI/MM modules.
• Experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of integrations (EDI, APIs, middleware) within SAP ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders globally.
