Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Consultant to join a global SAP template rollout project for a leading manufacturing company in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstream, supporting the deployment of global standard processes within the Japan business and ensuring successful adoption through business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and system implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Participate in a global SAP template rollout project
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and Gap Analysis
• Collaborate with business users and manage project issues
• Support SIT and UAT testing activities
• Assist with Go-Live preparation and Hypercare support
• Work closely with both global and local project teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP O2C / OTC / SD processes
• Experience in SAP implementation and/or rollout projects
• Experience in manufacturing environments (automotive industry experience preferred)
• Business-level Japanese language skills (mandatory)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SD module
• Experience in global template rollout projects
• Automotive industry project experience
• Experience with system integration and data migration activities
