SAP MM / SCM Lead Consultant - LATAM - 12 months

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM / SCM Lead Consultant to support and optimise supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations. This position will play a key role in process improvement, SAP configuration, system integration, and user enablement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and map procurement, logistics, and import processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and maintain the SAP Materials Management (MM) module, including procurement, material master management, inventory management, and stock movements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules, such as Sales & Distribution (SD) and Finance (FI).
• Manage and configure EDI/iDoc interfaces to facilitate data exchange between internal and external systems.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop, maintain, and update process documentation and technical specifications.
• Deliver training to end users and provide post-implementation support to drive successful adoption of systems and processes.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and issues related to SAP MM and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• Stay informed of SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Advanced Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Previous experience leading or managing teams.
• Strong expertise in procurement, materials management, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with EDI/iDoc integrations.
• Experience integrating SAP MM with other SAP modules.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP MM Certification.
• Experience supporting OSGT environments or related platforms.
• Experience working in international or multicultural business environments.
