Senior SAP FICO Consultant (Pharma)
Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major finance transformation initiative within a leading pharmaceutical organisation. We are looking for a senior SAP FICO consultant with strong business-facing expertise to drive financial process optimisation and ensure compliance within a GxP-regulated environment.
This is a high-impact role focused on bridging Finance, IT, and business teams, translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Extensive experience as an SAP FICO Consultant (GL, AP, AR, CO-PA, AA)
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into SAP solutions
- Solid experience in financial accounting, reporting, and closing processes
- Experience with integration across SAP MM, SD, and PP
- Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences industry
- Strong knowledge of GxP, FDA regulations, and SOX compliance
- Experience working in validated environments (CSV documentation)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in international environments
- Fluency in English
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SAP Fiori / analytics
- Exposure to global SAP rollouts or transformation programs
- Basic ABAP/debugging knowledge
- Experience in complex, transformation-driven environments
