SAP Data Migration Lead - 12+ Months - Remote

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Data Migration Lead to join a manufacturing client of ours. This role will drive data migration activities within an S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, leading a small team while remaining hands-on across key migration tasks. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, alignment, and successful execution during the preproject phase.

Requirements for Data Migration Lead role:

• Proven experience leading data migration activities within S/4HANA programmes
  * Strong background in manufacturing environments
  * Hands-on expertise in data cleansing, mapping, and ETL processes
  * Experience with test load activities and migration validation cycles
  * Experience with LSMW, BODS, BOM, and Migration Cockpit
  * Capability to lead a small team of data migration experts while coordinating across multiple workstreams
  * Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
  * Ability to work hands-on when required in fast-paced project phases
  * Experience working with legacy systems and migrating to S/4HANA Greenfield landscapes
