Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional C-PMO Lead to support a large-scale business transformation programme within a global consumer healthcare organisation. The consultant will act as a strategic partner to regional business and Digital leaders, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered effectively across multiple countries, functions, and stakeholders throughout the AMEA region. Based in India and working remotely, this role combines programme governance, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and organisational change management to drive successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the regional PMO and change management partner for business and Digital leadership teams.
• Provide visibility across the regional transformation portfolio, including progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive governance, reporting, stage-gate reviews, and programme management standards across the region.
• Facilitate informed decision-making through executive-level reporting and actionable insights.
• Manage regional risks, issues, escalations, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery across functions including Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and commercial teams.
• Embed organisational change management and adoption activities into programme delivery.
• Support stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
• Ensure alignment between regional execution and global transformation objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and delivery excellence across the programme.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, programme governance, or transformation leadership roles.
• Proven experience supporting complex, multi-country transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with both business and technology leadership teams.
• Experience managing programme governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with organisational change management and business adoption activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience operating within matrix organisations across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Ability to translate complex programme information into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience in large-scale transformation, separation, carve-out, or standalone programmes.
• Exposure to digital transformation, data, or AI-driven initiatives.
• Experience within Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of regional programme delivery across AMEA markets.
• Experience working within global transformation offices or enterprise PMO functions.

Working Requirements

• Full remote working model.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones within the AMEA region.
• Comfortable operating in highly matrixed international environments.
• Able to engage senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Occasional regional travel may be required.
