We're partnering with a leading global FMCG organisation undergoing significant digital finance transformation and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of global finance projects, working with senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery excellence across cost, timeline, and quality.

What you'll be doing:

Leading end-to-end project delivery across global finance programmes
Driving project governance, planning, budgeting, and cost control
Managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
Coordinating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams globally
Owning project reporting, scorecards, and executive updates
Ensuring go-live readiness and adherence to delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall)
Overseeing vendor partnerships and external delivery teams
Maintaining full visibility of project financials and portfolio reporting

What we're looking for

7+ years project management experience, ideally within finance or finance transformation
Strong background in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial governance
Proven ability to manage global stakeholders, including senior leadership
Experience delivering projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with focus on quality, deadlines, and delivery excellence
Project management certifications (e.g. PMI, Scrum Master) are a plus
