Project Manager - SAP Deployment - MDM - 9+ Months - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Project manager to support a SAP Deployment Project to lead a Route to Market transformation for a key Middle East market. The project involves transitioning a brand from one distributor to another, with a strong focus on SAP master data changes and ensuring delivery remains on track.

The project is at the start-up phase, making this an excellent opportunity to shape and drive delivery from day one at a prominent global FMCG brand.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end distributor transition project within SAP.
• Manage master data changes required to support the new distributor.
• Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across Supply Chain, Finance, Master Data Management (MDM), and external partners.
• Ensure alignment with the wider programme and successful deployment execution.
• Drive stakeholder communication and project governance.

What you bring

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in complex business and technology environments.
• Good experience with SAP deployments, rollouts, or transformation project experience.
• Good understanding of SAP Master Data Management (MDM).
• Excellent organisation, planning, tracking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders across Supply, Finance, and Data teams.
• Delivery-focused with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• A senior PM who is hungry, engaged, and driven.
• Strong stakeholder manager and communicator.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Focused on execution and delivering results rather than pure governance.
