Procurement Coordinator- M3 ERP- Portugal

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support our Direct Procurement team during the implementation of the M3 ERP system. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with purchasing experience who enjoys working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, process, and monitor purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Maintain supplier, pricing, and purchasing records.
• Follow up on order confirmations, deliveries, and invoice discrepancies.
• Support supplier communication and relationship management.
• Coordinate purchasing needs with internal departments.
• Verify and reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Manage supplier claims and incidents.
• Support demand planning for raw materials and ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree or training in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Fluent English required.

Preferred

• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation projects.
