Procurement Analyst | Processes & Performance - Hybrid - Contract

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Procurement Analyst | Processes & Performance with strong experience in Procurement processes, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making for a project in Brazil, Minas Gerais · Belo Horizonte for an initial contract duration.

Our client is undergoing a Procurement transformation programme and they are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support process optimisation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Procurement function.

Procurement Analyst Requirements:

3+ years' experience as a Procurement Analyst or in Procurement / Performance-related roles
Strong experience of procurement processes, standardisation, and continuous improvement
Proven experience with data analysis, KPI development, and performance monitoring
Experience managing and analysing databases to support strategic decision-making
Knowledge of supplier management and performance monitoring
Experience ensuring governance, compliance, and audit readiness
Strong experience working with procurement systems such as SAP (MM preferred), Ariba, or Coupa
Familiarity with purchasing processes and PO lifecycle
Experience acting as a key-user for systems, including user support and training
Understanding of sustainability practices within Procurement is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with attention to quality and governance
Proactive, structured, and strong stakeholder communication skills
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

The details of this Procurement Analyst role include:

Rate: €TBC per hour all-in ex VAT
Location: Brazil, Minas Gerais · Belo Horizonte
Expenses: To be confirmed
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months initial contract
