Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a key transformation initiative for a global pharmaceutical client. We are looking for an experienced Senior OMP Consultant with strong OPAL expertise to support the optimization and internalization of supply chain planning capabilities.

This is a high-impact role focused on hands-on development within OMP, including configuration, model building, and enhancement of planning processes across Pharma and Diagnostics business units, while reducing reliance on external vendors.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5+ years' experience working with OMP solutions in a hands-on capacity
• Strong expertise in OPAL, including writing and maintaining OPAL expressions
• Proven experience with OMP configuration and model building
• Deep knowledge of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and S&OP processes
• Experience delivering enhancements within OMP modules (DP, SP, OPR)
• Strong background in planning logic development and optimization
• Experience working directly in the system (not only functional/PM level)
• Ability to support internal capability build-up and reduce dependency on external vendors
• Experience training and enabling business / internal teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills in international environments
• Experience in pharma, life sciences, or complex manufacturing environments
• OMP certification or formal accreditations
• Fluent English

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with SAP APO or S/4HANA integration / transformation to OMP
• Experience working in environments transitioning from external vendors to internal delivery models
• Exposure to common configuration layer development or global template design
