Omnichannel Project Manager - Paris - hybrid

I am supporting a global luxury brand in the search for an Omnichannel Project Manager to drive omnichannel initiatives.
You will be responsible for delivering customer-focused projects across digital and retail channels, supporting the rollout of omnichannel services, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey. You will collaborate closely with regional markets, business stakeholders, and central teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead omnichannel projects from planning through deployment across EMEA markets,
• Drive the implementation and adoption of omnichannel services and digital customer experiences,
• Analyze customer behavior and performance data to identify improvement opportunities,
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between local and global teams,
• Support digital platform and mobile app enhancements, testing activities, and KPI tracking,
• Deliver training and best-practice sharing across regional teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, omnichannel, e-commerce, or customer experience,
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery skills,
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements,
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment,
• Fluent English,
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel.
