O9 Training Lead - Remote

Our client, a global FMCG company, is running a major transformation deploying o9 alongside SAP S/4HANA. They are looking for an experienced o9 Training Lead to drive training and ensure strong user adoption across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own the training strategy and execution for the regional rollout,
• Work closely with leadership, business units, and transformation teams,
• Deliver training for key users and end users across multiple countries,
• Align local teams with global training standards,
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify adoption risks,
• Support digital adoption using tools like WalkMe.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in training, L&D, or transformation roles,
• Experience delivering large-scale, global training programs,
• Background in system implementations (ERP or planning tools),
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Experience driving user adoption and change.

Important to have:

• Experience with o9, SAP S/4HANA, or similar tools,
• Familiarity with LMS or digital adoption platforms,
• Change management certification.

Applicants must be based in one of the following locations: UK, Warsaw, Bratislava, Prague, Budapest, Bucharest, or Athens
Travelling: 10% travelling
Contract: Freelance
Duration: 6+ months (possibilities of extensions)
