As the O9 Change Manager, you will lead change management activities for a specific Business Unit, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across all functions.

You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and regional programme stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, and long-term adoption.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted change partner, leading stakeholder engagement and communications to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of o9.
  • Localize and execute change management strategies aligned with global and regional S/4/o9 plans.
  • Assess change impacts across functions and design tailored interventions (training, communication, engagement).
  • Drive system, process, and mindset transformation in collaboration with the BU implementation team.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, success, and effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Build change capability within teams through coaching and partnership.
  • Organize and co-host training sessions, ensuring readiness across the organization.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Ensure end-to-end cross-functional alignment for successful programme delivery.
  • Foster a motivated, engaged, and change-ready culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading complex change programmes in global or MEU environments.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Solid understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience delivering or managing training and capability-building initiatives.
  • A hands-on mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
  • Knowledge of IBP and Business Unit Ways of Working (WoW).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to change.
  • A passion for transformation and driving meaningful impact.

  • Highly visible role within the MEU Change Management structure.
