MES Business Analyst (Digital Traceability) - EU - Remote

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the evolution of a global Digital Passport System (DPS) platform. As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and helping drive successful product delivery. This role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination within a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and data analysis
• Analyse business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, product, and technical teams
• Manage and refine the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements throughout delivery
• Coordinate UAT activities and ensure solutions meet business expectations and traceability objectives

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology-driven environments
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment
• Knowledge of backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT processes
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Ability to simplify complex topics and influence stakeholders without formal authority
• Candidate must be base in Europe
