Manager S&OP IBP - Copenhagen - 6+ months

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a global fashion client in the search for an experienced planning leader to lead and evolve its global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability.

This senior leadership role is responsible for aligning demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning across a global business. Working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams, you will drive cross-functional decision-making, planning governance, and business performance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Merchandising, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience in complex, matrix organizations.
• Strong expertise in IBP, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and governance.
• Executive stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience within fashion, retail, luxury, FMCG, consumer goods, or other global organizations preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end IBP process across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning.
• Drive planning governance, executive reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead scenario planning and business trade-off discussions.
• Own inventory governance and working capital optimization initiatives.
• Support product launches, seasonal planning, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning processes, analytics, data, and tools.
• Build and develop a high-performing planning team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve planning performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead planning transformation initiatives across the organization.
